Refund Policy

Parents who wish to withdraw their child from the Centre are required to provide one month’s notice in writing, based on the following schedule. Failing to do so, the deposit will be forfeited.



*  The deposit paid at the time of registration will be used to offset the notice period. 


 Termination of Services

The Learning Harbour Student Care Centre values her staff and wards, and has a responsibility to protect them. We reserve the right to terminate Student Care services to any child in exceptional circumstances, such as verbal abuse, physical endangerment, recalcitrant actions, or being caught in a misdemeanant act like theft or vandalism, upon giving a written notice to the parents or guardians.
